Pondview Florist created a lovely arrangement for a family that had just suffered a painful loss. It brought some happiness and appreciation during a difficult time and I am very grateful. The flowers were well crafted and presented beautifully.

The website and customer service were very good. The recipients were away when the flowers were to be delivered, the delivery man and florist brought the bouquet back, kept it fresh for 2 days and delivered when the family was home. Above and beyond service!

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered same day in sympathy of a death in a co-worker's family.
